does anyone here have any experience or insight into the denis wisck 2SL? I have read the blurb already and wondered if anyone could tell me something about it.

Sounds fine on my 983 Eb, but I'm used to the inside diameter being a bit wider, so I use something else. However, mine is available for sale (SHAMELESS PLUG)...
-Dennis Wick 2SL (solo model)- Rim altered by Vladimir Friedman (Dillons) exactly like Conn Helleberg (flat/narrow/sharp inner edge), with new silver plating. Some marks on the shank, almost new condition. $100 OBO

I play on a 2SL on my 983. I find that flexibility is better than on the 2L, and the sound is a touch brighter and more vibrant, more in line with what I'm looking for. Similar in size to a Bach 18.
