Tuba and Trombone Duets

Post by lionheart1PL »

Does anyone have and wish to share any sheet music for this kind of duet? I'm looking mainly for marches, polkas, waltzes, but every piece of music is welcome ;) I'd be really grateful. My e-mail address: a_kumar@poczta.fm" target="_blank

I have some permutations of key and clefs in the notation of a Beethoven duet originally for clarinet and bassoon. There are versions for various pairs of instruments covered by this forum. The trombone should go for a euphonium part. To be found via the upper link in my signature.

There are lots of books of duets for 2 trombones or euphoniums that work well with trombone and tuba. I usually play the 2nd part on tuba down an octave when necessary, or as written when convenient. There are two books in the Rubank series, there are several books of Bordogni-Rochut etudes arranged as duets, and Steven Mead has published a nice book called "classical duets" by Clodomir for two euphoniums, published by deHaske. They are a lot of fun.
