There is a compilation of solos by Carl Fisher called Carnivale. These are the solo arrangements on a Wynton Marsalis album as he performed them with the Eatman Wind Ensemble. I believe the band arrangements are by Donald Hunnsberger, and are available through rental only.

I believe that the Hunsberger arrangement is available for purchase.
Check with J.W. Pepper.

Good luck!
