how to get smaller rim for Monette?

I have a Monette 94F which is a great mouthpiece--more resonance than on 100 other mpcs I have tried. However, my mouth is very small and my lips very thin as a result of surgery after a car accident. Can you recommend how I can put a smaller rim on it? I thought of Doug Elliot but the Monette seems pretty thin to be threaded for a narrower inner diameter rim. I wrote to Monette about a new one with a narrower rim but I didn't get a response. Thanks for any suggestions.

Try Bob Reeves Brass in Valencia, CA. They can do magic with MP's

You might consider a thinner rim instead of smaller inside, or in addition to smaller. A smaller outside diameter usually helps a lot on smaller faces.
That's where my system makes it easy to modify and try things like that without destroying the whole mouthpiece.
