I don't know the piece, but there are 2 tuba parts. You can see a tiny snippet of the first part on the new orchestral repertoire list for the Melbourne job:

Yikes.
I'm going to double check to see if this was a misprint on the season sheet. I don't think this particular ensemble is capable of a piece like this if the rest of the parts are as abstruse as this.
