Haggerty's HELP! - Some Positive News!

Has anyone had a problem with Haggerty's Spray Polish, not spraying after being stored for a considerable amount of time?

I am talking about unused containers. I apparently made the mistake of stocking up on Haggerty's. None of the unused cans work, after being stored for a couple of years!

If it was previously used, I could understand the nozzle being clogged, but I am at a loss to explain this situation!

Anybody have experience with this?

I have some positive news to report:

I tried, once again, using those unfriendly cans of Haggerty's Spray Polish, and discovered that by GENTLY depressing the nozzle, I was able to coax some of them into working!

I was tending to mash the nozzle down before (mostly out of frustration! ), but by being a little patient, and not pushing the nozzle all the way down (perhaps only depressing it about 80%, or so), maybe a little wiggling side-to-side, I was able to get many of the cans to work, after all!

Thanks to all who responded!

Useful to learn that I was not the only one that experienced this; and thanks Harvey Hartman for the advice to call the 800 number for a remedy.

I had a couple of cans with malfunctioning valves, both new, and after short usage. I bought mine from a retailer.

I haven't had that problem with the spray, but you might consider a technique used with spray cans of paint. After each use, turn the can upside down and spray just long enough for the stream to become clear. The cleans the airway of any material that can dry hard (paint or polish).
