Serial # on a Sterling euph?

Can someone tell me where the serial # is on a Sterling euphonium?

I bought one and can't find the serial number. It also came from someone who doesn't generally sell musical instruments, and I want to make sure it is not stolen.

The serial number on Virtuosos is on the bell just above the connecting ring on the side opposite the mpc receiver.
