Old MTV cartoon

Several years ago, I saw a hilarious old MTV cartoon clip on this board involving a sexiness meter and various instruments. At the top was a rock singer, then the guitarist, then the drummer, trumpet player and finally the tuba. Does anyone know where I could get hold of this clip? I've looked on and off for years, but cannot locate it. Thanks.
