I bought one of these only out of curiosity. I have a mouthpiece I am happy with. A Mike Finn- Pat Stuckemeyer Solo ( MF-PS Solo).
Does anyone know anything about these ?
Here's the ebay listing :

Conn, I believe. I've heard a few military musicians use this mp before, and they had a nice sound, nothing radically different from other euph mouthpieces.
There's a previous thread here:

Couple of threads on the 5E:

If your sound is on the bright side, it'll darken it down nicely, but if it's already fairly dark, it might be overkill.
Not sure I agree with the "seriously large" comment. It probably depends on what you're used to: I find it on the small side compared to my regular mpc (Warburton Demondrae); I'll concede that it will probably feel large compared to a 53H or 51D, though.

My MF-PS is already a seriously deep mouthpiece . Looks like I'll be letting this one go really quick as there is doesn't seem to be much to be curios about now .

Here's a side by side comparison of the Helleburg to 3 others . In order from left to right are : Gardinelli SYM-T,MIKE FINN -Pat Stuckemeyer SOLO, LOUD LM-27, Helleburg 5E.
I found this mouthpiece to be smaller in diamater (rim) than the PS SOLO. Approx. 25.30 mm. The LOUD and Giraginelli were about the same. PS SOLO is 26.30 mm . Bowl is very deep and a bit funnel shape .
PS SOLO is added mass, heavy weight mouthpiece which makes the Helleberg feel like I'm holding and playing a KELLY plastic mouthpiece.
Overall it played with a very nice bright sound that I liked very much. Nice little mouthpiece.
I gave this to Mike Finn to try for a week. Maybe he'll post his thoughts on the actual measurements and opinions here. Maybe he'll be producing some of own soon !
