Elephantine Polka- L.P. Laurendeau (1903)

I have a copy of Elephantine Polka by L.P. Laurendeau- solo tuba with band accompaniment. The piece was published by Carl Fischer in 1903. The copy I have has a Db piccolo part but no flute part. Does anyone know if a flute part was ever published and included? (Sometimes these early solos did not have flute parts). I am just checking before constructing one from the piccolo part. Also, does anyone know if there is a tuba and piano version. The Tuba Source Book does not have one listed. Thanks.
