Helicon Inquiry

I was wondering if anyone out there knew who made the helicon played in Goran Bregovic's Wedding and Funeral Orchestra. My first thought was Cerveny, but I've never seen one with a detachable bell. Soviet, maybe?

Anyway, I think the Balkan brass bands like Bregovic's and Boban Markovic's are great fun to listen to. Besides, looking at all those oval euphoniums it's nice to know all those Tennessee Tech guys from the '70's found work. :D

Looks a lot like Søren's "Lignatone" Cerveny to me: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=23099&start=0

The only detachable-bell helicons I've ever seen were made by Boehm & Meinl, so that they would fit into a sousaphone case.

Hadn’t Marc Rubin the bell cut on a BBb helicon? Might have inspired others.
