I have her in the shop getting a new water key put on it. It had been refurbished already. Ain't she a beauty?

Thanks.. He actually wanted $500 for it but I told him that I didn't know how much fixing the water key would be. It was totally missing. He went down to $450. And I bought it.

From that picture it looks like you will have to disjoint your little finger to reach the 4th valve - does the pipe behind really come that close to the valve set?

It kind of looks like Holton ferrels, but has the wrap of an old Conn?

Its a Meinl Weston P4-628
BBb 4 valve
It will need to be refinished but I will have that done at a later date.
This is the 2nd tuba that I have owned. I used to own a Couesnon 3 valve. It was a nice horn. But I like this one better.

I will post pics when I get a chance. I get to pick it up from the shop tomorrow. It is going to run me about $30 plus tax.. not too shabby.

No the tuba is not blue.. that is the reflection of the shirt that I had on.
