Roger Your a KING You helped me be able to transport my Miraphone 191 in my Corvette. MTS hardcases dont fit, but after getting the Miraphone gig bag from you the horn BARELY fits in the back of my Vette. But it fits most important thing, now I can go to rehersal in style.
Thanks Roger

I second that ... waiting for my new gig bag to arrive. I just ordered a Miraphone bag for my Rudy. My last gig bag only lasted me 22 years! =D
** Update** Gig bag arrived today (as predicted by Roger), in time for use en route to rehearsal tonight. Excellent bag ... well constructed, solid seams and straps, handles, etc. Plenty of storage with zippered pockets on side as well as in bell "lid". Bell flap is solid with plenty of padding against the bell to help prevent damaging the bell. Was happy to see the material is a dark blue as opposed to the bright blue I saw in sample pics too!
Thanks Roger for the advice on getting the right size for my tuba as well the excellent service!

Miraphone in a Vette? Hmm. I have no problem with my Besson in my E-type!

If you have the E type 2+2, there's enough room for a smallish tuba in the back. You just have to be really careful when you're putting it in there.

Well - I can beat that - I regularly put my new standard in my Miata. Of course that leaves no room for my better half!
Now where is Alan Baer and his bat on his motorcycle?

Actually, it's an August, 1967 (looked up the VIN at the factory) convertible, one of literally the last month of covered headlights, gold head, 3 SU carburetors, knock-off spoke wheels, BRG, black leather, top down and go with the 3-valve comp strapped in to the passenger seat. The only thing wrong with it is that the differential has the American 3.54 ring & pinion rather than the Euro 3.07, so it redlines "only" at 135 instead of 150 if I had the 3.07. And yes, it will do every bit of it. I can personally vouch for it.

Back when I was still driving my Mini, I was able to fit my PT20 and my small 3/4 Miraphone F (with the back seat folded down). Man I wish I still had that car...

I haven't got a car, but sometimes borrow a friend's two-door Nissan Micra if I need to take two tubas with me. My Besson and Fafner in their hard cases fit side by side in the back when the back seat is folded down. Either horn fits the back seat easily, without folding it.

Hi-
Roger is a great guy. When I traveled to WWBW and my car died, Roger went WAY out of his way to come get me and made sure all was OK with me!! A real good guy.
