New Schiller on ebay

There is a new schiller Bb tuba listed on ebay. It says its compensating......not sure about that. Anyway, be interested if anyone knows what this horn might be based on......wonder why they havent introduced the CC piston horn yet,

That's been available from M & M for a long time. It seems to be inspired by the 1291. I have no idea why they would say it is compensating. I've criticized Laabs before this for their loose, not to say nonsensical, use of language in their marketing.
EDIT: Well, actually I do have an idea. It has one more valve than they were expecting. But surely professional instrument retailers... ???

Agreed. It's a Miraphone 1291 BBb clone. Tuba M&M has the new piston CC out. I'm not sure what M&M has (piston CC) will be distributed to Schiller...
