I have an alex mouthpiece, but it has the largest rim I've ever seen, so I've been using an adapter on a Arnold Jacvobs model. Doug Elliot makes pieces for Alexanders, but he can't do anything until the beginning of the new year, as he is very busy at this time. I'm waiting for one myself.
