The link to Hickey's webpage has been updated with the Falcone 2011 repertoire, so you can order all pieces except for URSA through there. URSA was premiered at Falcone this year, and although they said it would be made available by the beginning of October, I'd imagine at this point that something is slowing the publishing process down. Even the Hickey's page shows URSA as being "Tba" for it's price. I'm sure it'll be up eventually.
