I wonder what the sound difference between the instrument lacquer, gold and silver.

Here is a really honest answer to your question: in my opinion there is basically none.
I say this because there are many factors that effect your sound before you start talking about the finish, like fundamental design, rate of taper throughout the horn, the bell taper and flare dimensions, mouthpiece choice and largely the players ability.
For the most part lacquer is cheaper and requires less maintenance than silver. Gold plated horns are incredibly rare. I think this is due to the high cost of gold.
Some very smart people on this board have commented on this before. I can't remember who said this, but it is really great advice, "try as many as you can and buy the one you like."

I heard the sound of the silver is brighter and the sound of lacquer is darker

Yes.
Seriously, if anything, it only makes a difference within a very small radius.
Out in the hall, it may as well be plastic (and sometimes is).
Never the less, if you THINK it does, and it makes you play more confidently, it's worth whatever it takes...
