One of the best brass players I've seen using circular breathing is Sergei Nakariakov on trumpet (flugel — or soprano tuba). Sergei happens to be among my favorite classical trumpet players.

I was convinced i was listening to a tuba soloist a while ago doing circular breathing.
After the performance I had a chance to speak to him and tell him how much i enjoyed his efforts. When i asked him if he did circular breathing, he said " Heck no, i just cant do it" Now i wonder if my grandfather was right when he told me
"You can't suck and whistle at the same time" haha

Clark Terry is also a master of the technique. I have used it most of my career and find it a valuable tool on long sustained passages but can't do it for beans on moving notes. There is a lot of material on the subject on this site - I suggest you do a thorough search using that eyeglass thingy on the toolbar.
