York BBb in Craigslist photo? (not a for sale ad)

Just going through the Craigslist search, and found this ad for the Salvation Army in Austin. There's a picture of a gentleman playing tuba on the bottom left, and it appears as if he's playing a large 3v top action York BBb. Any other guesses?
