Technological augmentation of fundamental practice.

I know that we all use and advocate the use of tuners and metronomes in our practicing and teaching of fundamentals. I am wondering if any of you use or teach any technological augmentation of your routine (fundamentals) like these:

Not really talking about solos/etudes... that is for a nother thread. I know that Neil Corwell keeps mp3 files of accompaniments of the solos he is working on, on his player so that he can practice with them wherever he may be. (Rest stops on the interstate)
