Do let me know if you are quoted a price and a delivery time frame that you wouldn't mind sharing with the rest of us.

I'd really like to buy one for my somewhat delicate Alexander, but don't really need one and don't have the patience to wait a year or more to get one, as has been reported here.

I have an older one (at least 15 years old and originally made for a different make and model tuba) for my 45-SLP. While the backpack straps on it do leave something to be desired, it is otherwise a great bag. I've had the zipper replaced and it's working as good as ever.

I can't remember the last time I even saw one of these bags. Fedderly used to sell these, and I had one with a CB-50 I used to own. A great bag.

I found this webpage... doesn't even have a link from the homepage... but links to this email address:

This must have been fifteen years ago. I don't remember the cost being outrageously high, or low... but don't remember the price.

I do remember the bag, indicating whatever I paid, it was a good value.

I'd bet David Fedderly has a phone number for her. Might take a direct call and some sweet talking to get that bag made.

I remember that thread. Heck, I even responded to it.

That thread was from about a year ago. At that time, if I'm looking at this right, nobody had reported attempting to purchase a bag recently, rather all commented on their purchases from years earlier.

I guess I'd consider Dolly Bags unavailable now. Just like Dylan King said last year, I think this is definately an opportunity for someone, as I see the demand for a "better" gig bag.

My YFB-621 Dollybag was made custom, and cost $300.
