Cleveland, Ohio Tubachristmas 2004--on or off?

Are there any plans for a TubaChristmas in or around Cleveland, Ohio in December of this year? I will be visiting my son and daughter-in-law near Cleveland in December and would like to invite them to a TubaChristmas.
