New Monette tuba mouthpieces announced

Hi all -
I was hoping that this would happen sooner than later. Dave Monette and I have collaborated on two new mouthpieces. Both are amazing! If you follow the attached link, you get a brief history as to how this all came about. Dave is absolutely meticulous and this project was YEARS in the making.
The mouthpieces are lighter and allow for greater flexibility as far as range of color. The mouthpiece that he's specified as an EEb tuba piece works exceptionally well on F - and was actually designed for F tuba. Since I play EEb and F with Philadelphia Brass, I have no problem using the same mouthpiece on both instruments. And the CC mouthpiece works great on any large instrument - BBb or CC. Warm and colorful sound that holds together in extreme soft or loud playing. These are unlike any Monette tuba mouthpiece to date and I'm truly honored that Dave has taken the time to make these available.
