Reynolds Contempora, King 2341, lead pipe lengths?

I was wondering how long the leadpipe is on a new style King 2341, old style King 2341, and the old Reynolds Contempora. If you have any of these and a tape measure, could you measure your lead pipe (including the receiver) and post or PM me the measurement?

The reason I'm asking is that I have a .68x" bore instrument that has a "way too big" lead pipe. I'm tossing around having a smaller pipe put on it. I'm looking for a suitable part donor. The lead pipe length including the receiver on my tuba is around 15 inches.

Thanks,

Christian

I have an old 1240, I'll try to remember to measure it tonight after work if that measurement would be of any help.

Sure, that'd be great!

I just measured my King 1240 (the kind without the "loop" before entering the valve section) and it was about 15.25" long. Hope that helps!

Thanks to those who have already posted. Is there anybody out there with a 2341 and a tape measure who could measure as well?
