I need composer's dates!!!!!!!!

Hi... I read these boards often but this is the first time I posted on them. I'm giving a theory lecture recital on Don Haddad's Suite for Tuba and I am having great difficulty finding the composer's dates. If anybody out there has them I would owe you one. Thanks!

Don Haddad was born in 1935 and is still living.
