Hello all!
I have written a bit about Conn 20K Sousas in my blog:

If I have left anything out, or have any of facts wrong, let me know and I will do my best to correct it!

Hey! It's about a Conn 20K! Shouldn't you have said you have written
two bits about it?!
Anyway, yes, it's good to know they're still the same. The only thing I don't like about the 20K is that due to the necessarily altered geometry of the valve ports, the fifth partials are indeed flat, which isn't always the case with the large bugle standard block souzys, like the 38K. It would also be nice if the pre-WWII shoulder plate on the large bugle models were still an integral element to spread the load on the shoulder.
My favorite ensemble is to have equal numbers of Conn 20K's and King 1250s together so the Conns can span the breadth of the field with their tone and the Kings can get it to the top of the bowl stadiums with their projection, together.
