The last time I played it, there was a Euph part.
The PDF sample on Ewazen's website gives the instrumentation you originally posted.

4 trumpets, 6 horns, 3 tenor trombones, 1 bass trombone, 1 tuba, 2 percussion
I do not own the piece, nor have I performed it, but could there be an optional euphonium part or two (to replace a couple of the horn parts)?
