Here is a video of the Dutch band De Kift. In it you will find a 30 inch jumbo Martin played by Patrick Votrian.

Their website
http://www.dekift.nl is quite interesting (but it does not translate well, even with the English button clicked.) Very graphical & fun, but actual content is hidden - I Hate that kind of website sometimes...)
Anybody on Tubenet know much more about the group? Their MySpace page is a bit better:
http://www.myspace.com/dekift
According to their USA publisher, they started out as part of the Dutch "Squatters Movement" in the late 1970s, playing for political events and protests, stuff like that. Sort of a punk version of the
Willem Breuker Kollektief?

I guess I'll have to chime in since I'm the one who plays in the group.
Kift closely translates to envy. Their roots are in the punk activist 70's thing, but like any other group it moved along way since. We play the pop-music club and festival scene in Holland with occasional stops in France and Germany. 90% of the music is written by the singer, but all the text is taken from world literature. His wind-band back round accounts for the brass in the group. The only thing punk is the mentality, musical delivery, and the fact that all CD's are self made, eh, except for the actual pressing of the plastic disks.
I believe I played the recording on my 40K. But visually a 4/4, 5/4 sous doesn't cut it next to the 30" bell of a Mammoth, so The Martin is in the clip. I didn't have Dan's Jumbo at the time of the recording.
I'll look into the english page and the hidden content.
The Martin is now residing in Switzerland with Tim. I've traded it for a mammoth cimbasso he's made for me. It plays REALLY nice. As soon as its completely finished I'm sure we'll give it a photo shoot here on TubeNet!
Cheers, Patrick
