G&W Bayamo /Alan Baer

I currently am borrowing my lesson teacher's Alan Baer G&W mouthpiece and I really like it. The only problem is that I feel like the rim diameter is too small for me. I am switching from a PT-88 so I was wondering if that might be the reason. I have very large lips so I may just need the larger rim.

I love the G&W because of the sharp rim and would like to know if the G&W Bayamo had a similar rim?

Also, I like how the Alan Baer MMVI mouthpiece has the extra metal. Is there much of a difference in this and the regular one?
