Vaughan Three Songs for Soprano and Tuba

I'm looking for the Three Songs for Soprano and Tuba by Rodger Vaughan. I have been trying to get in touch with the publishers for the past few weeks but they are not responding for some reason and places that have it listed online don't have in stock. I was hoping to do this piece on my recital which is quickly approaching but I'm running out of ideas...

Does anyone know where I might be able to get this piece? Or as a very, very, very last option, possibly know someone who would let me borrow it for the next month?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Last I knew, Rodger Vaughan was still connected (emeritus) with Cal State Fullerton. You might see if you could contact him directly.
