Are you questioning the historical accuracy of the Semi-fictional film (slim) or the possibility of it being a bootleg issue (maybe, but hard to tell) ?

I'm questioning whether or not this website, and therefore the potential buying of said DVD, is legit. I love this movie, but I can only find it on VHS.

I don't see anything on that page to indicate it is actually a DVD, instead of video.

Click on the larger image - it says DVD, but the text is not clear enough in even larger zoom to say if it has regional limitations.
