Lebedev In Finale Or Sibelius?

I'm looking for a copy of the Lebedev Concerto In One Movement in either Sibelius or Finale format? I'm hoping to transpose it down a fourth for Contrabass, and was wondering do I need to do the work myself or has some kind soul already put in the effort?
Thanks all.

Trombone. Hopefully down a fourth from the original key, and I only need the piano part. The solo part takes care of itself.

Why not just play it as is?

Two aspects to the PO’s request:
I don’t know that piano part specifically, but even in modern engraving applications the setting of contemporary piano music is very difficult and time consuming.
There is no way this music would be in the public domain.
Who would be enough of a masochist to do this insanely tough job for a purpose not going to be legal within the next half century?
