Buy a new MP. Spot-plating won't hold up. If you have a strong attachment to the MP, you could send it back to the manufacturer to be reworked. Also, Anderson will replate a MP.

I've resurrected the occasional "heirloom" mouthpiece by filling the dent with hard solder, then carefully shaping the area to match the surrounding rim, then having the mouthpiece replated. All very painstaking and time-consuming and not inexpensive.
If your favorite mouthpiece is still made, do what Dan says and just get another one. Otherwise, there are some very fine mouthpiece repair services available.
