Mouthpiece restoration

My first - I attempted to make an old King 25 mouthpiece a bit better cosmetically.

I have been meaning to pick Dan's brain for some time now, I just need to find an appropriate time...

I did the plating.

I think I am going to do another old King mouthpiece next. This time I am going to try my hand at a King 26. When compared to the 25 is a much larger, heavier mouthpiece. This next piece is also more heavily damaged than the 25. I will post before pictures here.

I'm sure the more you work at it, the better you'll get! You might contact Gold Chops (ebay seller) and pick his brain too! Seems to me the most difficult aspect would be maintaining rim shape consitency...
