Use a brush would has one problem: what is the movements should I do?
Because the horn can get the marks. As an example of circular movements.
What you think?
Thanks

What I would reccomend (if it really does make THAT big of a difference)
Send it off to have it stripped of the silver, bead blasted, and then replated. AKA, a minimum of $3,000-$4,000
As far as a scratchbrush, you would use a brass wire wheel, and use it as you would a buffing wheel...a hand brush would take WAY too much work to use...
If you want a satin silver horn, buy a satin silver horn...its that simple.
I think I might end up as a grumpy old man when I get old...

Satin finished surfaces are produced via glass-bead-blasting prior to silver or gold plating. This can be done over the existing silver or gold (not nickel) plate but will require prep-buffing, masking and replating. If the existing plate bond is not satisfactory, it will need additional work prior to bead-blasting and plating. If you have your heart set on it, I strongly suggest you have it done by an experienced shop because it is fairly involved and if not done properly can make a complete mess of your horn. Brushed finishes are not the same thing as satin. Good luck.
