Hi there!
I seem to have misplaced my copy of Lars Holmgaard's arrangement of Blackbird (after a couple of hours looking through my music collection there were no hits), so I'm wondering if there are anyone out there who have got a copy who would be prepared to email it to me. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Thank you very much for that, however, what I'm after is not a recording, but the sheet music. I should perhaps have specified. I was just booked to do a solo recital in a little while's time, and thought I'd put that one on the programme, but then realised that the sheet music was gone. And as it is not published, but seems to be spread around by photocopies and pdf's I thought I'd give this board a shot.
Thanks,
Ola

If you cannot make use of being given the option to contact the arranger himself via PM, then you will be VERY hard to help out.

This I have done, but seeing as his last post was in 2005, his lack of a reply to me came as no great surprise. He is also no longer involved with the ensemble there was a link provided to. Hence I am posting this openly.

There is a working phone number to be found via the link given in the old thread (at least that number is in the registry). The said ensemble has a new site, but I only found it via the the link on the old site. A motivated asking for an address for the arranger surely would be replied positively to.
And then I made a search on one of the modern social mediae, which at once lead to a unique hit with a contact address.
I am not at all close to the arranger, but several years ago he loaned one of my instruments for a concert with his orchestra. I don’t give personal information away, especially not when it is easily accessible on the web.
