Help - need wedding music for brass 4tet

Post by ds »

Does anyone have an arrangement or know where I can get an arrangement of the Braveheart piece "For the Love of a Princess"?

Looking for something for 2 tpts and 2 trb and need it by mid-August latest.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Not to be too discouraging:

If you want yourself and the rest of TN staying legal, you better find a commercial edition.

This music is under copyright, which implies that arrangers have to ask for and maybe even pay for the right to arrange this music, and they still may end up with very strict terms and conditions. Very few arrangers not already with good market relations will want to enter such projects.

Ken is a pro in a market, where I stay out of the money related portion. I don’t know whether I would follow his advice, but I won’t dispute it either.

For a bestselling tune the download price looks OK. But doing the arrangement will either be very easy or very complex. Easy if taking the face value of the piano score. Complex if you start listening closely to the recording for the elements keeping the music alive.
