Pilafian tune list

Hello all,
Years ago I was at a master class with Sam and he handed out a tune list saying everyone should learn to play them by ear in all keys. It was a list of familiar tunes he had compiled. I have lost my list, I have thought of some of the tunes but I cannot remember them all. I think it had things like The Flintstones theme and Auld Lang Syne etc.
Does anyone have this list and could they post it?
