Woodwind/Brasswind, Dillon, Custom -- not too much else.

Lee Stofer Music Service (www.tubameister.com) may carry a few brands that others don't.

Places like Dillon Music, Baltimore Brass, and Woodwind and Brasswind will have the greatest selection of tuba mouthpieces.

Custom Music (as far as I know) only sells the PT line of mouthpieces.

Many of the smaller "custom" mouthpiece companies don't have dealer networks, but will sell directly to you. If you want some "oddball" mouthpiece, you'll probably have to go about it that way.
