What's your opinion on a silver plated Reynolds sousaphone from the 50's in really good shape?
Your experience with this type of instruments?

Reynolds are good horns if The valves are tright and the body has no leaks it will play...My Friend Earl McKee From The High Sierra Dixieland Band plays a Reynolds Sousaphone ... In fact about 5 years someone backed over it with the loading truck after a job. His band members said that will never play again!!! Earl sent to me here it is playing & Looking good in 2010!!!! Earl Loves his Reynolds sousaphone and was happy to have his horn back and playing. he sounds Great on it !!Take a Listen.. Thanks Harvs Happy Horns

I recently had an Olds that someone had hung on a wall using sheet metal screws. Once I removed the dents and patched the holes up it played like a million bucks
