It would be the same as the fingering for a single horn in F to get the same pitches. That's of limited helpfulness, however, as horn parts are written in treble clef and transposed. So the F horn player plays a written treble clef 'C' to get a concert 'F'.

You may have already figured this much out, but the horn in F is the same length (yeah, I know, 'approximately') as an F tuba.

Yes, but it's of limited use, both for the business with using transposed treble clef (mentioned above) and that most horn parts are pitched substantially higher than what's usually played on an F tuba. 4th horn parts being an exception.

Still, you could read an F horn part using Bb trumpet fingerings on an F tuba and it'd come out in the right key.
