It can be very cost-effective. Just be sure to have someone who knows what he's doing do the work.

I've heard alot of people talking about sending their mouthpieces to Greg Black (around here on the east coast anyway) for all their needs. Not sure of prices really but a search will probably bring up the contact info for him. Hope this helped.
