Yes it is! I had a chance to play it briefly when Tim lived here in SoCal and played in a community band with me. Nice playing little horn. Not a full sized Conn, you can't tell size from the photos. One interesting feature is the copper bell. We had long discussion about the bell because the metal finish on the back of the bell is not as complete as you would expect from the Conn factory, but the engraving on the back side of the bell look totally authentic. The tool marks from being turned on the mandrel were still visable. We were trying figure out if the bell was original to the horn or if it was made to fit at a later date. We never did get that mystery solved. Tim actually sold it once and then wound up buying it back a couple years ago.KiltieTuba wrote:That's Tim's Conn - here's the thread
