I'm just curious of how little these small (probably smallest) C tubas have been talked of.
Do anybody know where can one get one of these, and what price should one expect?
(And I'm wondering whether a travel tuba in C would come out (from china?) any time soon... I see a huge market for these, i'm surprised there arent any out there in the market  )

HI-
As you can see from the website, the CC tuba-model 83- by the German maker is a small child's horn--not a mini/micro tuba like the much talked about F-model 80. Just look at the above link and see the pics and notice the physical difference between models 80 and 83.

The Asian Bb or C/Bb horn is a tenor tuba . The Asian micro F, a clone of the model 80, will soon be available in Eb (with a slide change) too. You could always lock down the 4th valve on the micro F to put into CC, but maybe someday they will make a micro CC tuba--nothing in the works as of now that I have heard of.

There is the Tornistertuba in BBb, so I would think a CC travel tuba would be possible? But I also do not know of any plans to produce at present
