I would avoid "Lip Balm" and just get vitamin E gelcaps, split them open and apply directly. Many lip balms dry your lips, some even have stuff that will really rub them raw (carmex). You might try the homeopathic remedy petroleum, look on any product you are using and if it has any form of alcohol, avoid it. Good Luck.
