Hi everyone,
I have been asked by a director friend of mine to play a piece with a trombone player and band later this year. Does anyone know of anything written for this ensemble? Thanks very much!

How about Song and Dance by Frackenpohl or Cousins (8vb) by Herbert L. Clarke?
Song and Dance is for tuba, euph and band, and Cousins is for trumpet, 'bone and band, but both work quite nicely with 'bone and tuba.

We talked about Cousins, and just don't want to do it. I found a Goedicke piece that I'm going to check out as well in the morning. Any suggestions, let us know. I'm not opposed to doing some arranging of something to make it work as well.

How about Duelin' Banjos?
On Adam Frey's recording Little Buckaroos he has an arrangement for Trombone and Euph. (That would probably sit nicely on Trombone and tuba (with some 8vb))

How about the Turrin Fandango, dropping the TPT part to tuba?
