Need some help..Please

I know this is not particularly relevant to tuba but to any of you who have access to Program Notes; My HS Band is performing "Shepherd's Song (Song of the Auvergne)" Arranged by Kevin Thompson.......I have not been able to find any program notes for this piece, but would like to include them in the program. Anyone who could lead me in the right direction would really be helping me out. Thank you so much
