Effie Suite with Percussion parts?

Does anyone know where I can get an arrangement of the Effie Suite WITH the percussion parts as heard on the old Harvey Phillips recording?

I do not believe the percussion parts were ever published. I know players who have "transcribed" them from Harvey's recording.

I purchased a new copy of Effie several years ago and the percussion parts came with it.
