NPR: Adult Music Learners

Hi:
There was an interesting segment on NPR's Sunday Edition today.
A researcher buys a copy of "Guitar Hero" to try to play the guitar and finds it very very difficult. From there he goes to investigate the idea: "It is impossible to gain musical fluency as an adult". He looks at the nature of learning in people of different ages. And he learns the guitar well enough to enjoy playing and improvising.
Have a listen. It's only 7 minutes long.
