Good Question.

I ordered it from Hickeys in early September and it still hasn't gotten here.

I called them at some point in late October and they said it was on backorder and would be there in a few weeks.

Alas.

I had it backordered several places and just received two of them -
one from JWPepper and one from sheetmusicplus.com

So if anyone wants to buy one of them, it is $24 plus $4 if you
want it shipped priority mail. I will take paypal or check
